- Pre-order items: Estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks from the date of order.
- Premade items: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the date of shipping.
- Express/1-Day Delivery: Available at checkout for eligible products and locations.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods. Project Eleven 17 is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.
